Research context
In laboratory research, Chang and colleagues examined BPC-157 using rat tendon explants and cultured tendon fibroblasts, including migration and responses to oxidative stress. They did not find a direct increase in cell proliferation in the assay described. These model-specific observations do not establish a human use or validate a supplied batch. Research paper.
